Elite team? different groups?

this team is slowly growing and more people stuffed into one group is going to be hard to handle
so may be if mcswagger and zecora read this, this might happen
so i was thinking changing ranks into something different like groups such as snipers, rushers, intel capture guys,
up close guys, building guys, destroy guys, elite guys, all round guys, spy guys, and way more.
so if we as a clan are getting into a clan match we will only pick the guys that we need.
like the komrades one ex.
have leaders to each group.
this is just a idea

Okay seriously,There should be a mix of groups.people don't just focus on one thing.maybe a bit broader groups.

How about:

Groups
1.Medium and close range fighters.
2.Long range fighters and builders.
3.Stealth fighters.

I agree too, and this could actually work perfectly with the medals I came up with. For example to be in the builder group you must earn two build medals. Being in a group would not mean that is the only thing you do but its what you excel at, and in things like official matches it would be awesome to be able to say "We need bunkers at C4 and scouts to get behind enemy lines" and people will automatically know which job they should be on without further discussion.

Maybe but I'm gonna make it so your group appears under your name in these forums and I think it would be confusing, if you could be in more than one group then most people would be in at least 2

Hmm...I came up with a bunch of groups and subgroups. Do you think it would be weird to have a structure like this? I thought it might be cool to have general groups for in-game organization (like "mercenaries rush the intel" means anyone in that group or subgroups under it) but also have subgroups for more specific titles. Here's what I came up with:


Mercenaries --> The snipers, rushers, and all around killers of the clan. Requires yellow grenade medal to join
........(subgroup: Pyros, excels at using grenades)
........(subgroup: Backstabbers, excels at sneaking up on enemies with the spade)

Spies --> Excel at capturing the intel/control points. Requires bronze intel to join.
........(subgroup: Ninjas, who have recieved Black Intel award)

Blocksmiths --> The best builders/griefers of the clan. Requires three different Block medals to join

Hackers --> Our modding experts. Requires silver pickaxe.

Agents --> Clan members who are super involved outside of the game, such as on the forums. Requires two different Cross medals.


I was also thinking that perhaps the in-game and the out-of-game groups should be separate from each other. So you can join both an in-game group (mercs, spies, and blocksmiths) and an out-of-game group (hackers and agents) but not more than one in each of the two categories.

Zecora, i think u should change the name of Hackers. It sound weird, since modders made weapons, suit and stuff

Hi Zecora, i would mostly want to be a mercenary but I'll try swap it around so that I'm sometimesamercenary and sometimes a blocksmith
